What the AI assistant fixes
A CEO runs into lots of small questions during the day. How much did we sell this week? Who has the most overdue tasks? Which deals are stuck? Each one is simple on its own, but answering it means opening the dashboard, finding the right department, filtering the tasks. Or calling an assistant and waiting.

How it works in DashLab
Your own key for the model you choose
The company connects its own key from one of these providers:
- OpenAI;
- Claude;
- YandexGPT;
- Gemini.
You choose the model, and you control what you spend on it with the provider directly. Like other integration keys, it is stored encrypted (AES-256).
Answers based on company data
The assistant relies on your company's data in DashLab. So when you ask "how are sales going this month?", it answers with your sales team's numbers rather than textbook advice.
Questions worth asking, for example:
- which departments are currently "critical" and how far behind plan they are;
- which assignments are overdue and who owns them;
- how many deals are stuck in the pipeline;
- how a department's KPI has changed compared with last month.
Say the sales plan is 500M UZS and actual sales at mid-month are 270M. The assistant can tell you this is 54% of plan and the KPI is in the "critical" zone, because DashLab calculates status by one rule: 85% and above is "on track", 60% and above is "attention", anything lower is "critical".
Voice input
You can dictate your question. That helps on the road or between meetings, when typing is awkward and you need the answer now. DashLab has apps for iPhone and Android as well as Windows and macOS, and it also runs in the browser.
Security
Each company's data is isolated, access to the platform is role-based, actions are recorded in an audit log, and connections run over HTTPS.
Give the assistant a period and a department. "Wholesale team sales for October" gets a more precise answer than "how are sales?".
