DashLab Integrations: Google Sheets, Bitrix24, 1C, Telegram and API
A company's operating data almost never lives in one place. Sales are in Bitrix24, stock and cash in 1C, department plans in Google Sheets, and day-to-day conversation in Telegram. DashLab integrations bring this data onto dashboards so the CEO does not have to stitch it together by hand every week.
What integrations fix
Manual reporting takes more time than it seems. Say an analyst spends every Monday exporting sales from the CRM and stock from 1C, merging them in a spreadsheet and emailing the result to managers. That is three to four hours a week, or around 15 hours a month, for one person alone. The report is stale by Wednesday, and any copy-paste mistake flows straight into decisions.
Integrations remove that manual step. Data reaches the dashboard from the source systems, and people spend their time on analysis instead of moving numbers around. We walked through how to set this up step by step in how to automate management reporting.
How it works in DashLab
What you can connect
- Google Sheets: if plans, actuals or reference lists are kept in spreadsheets, there is no need to move them, because the data is pulled into the dashboard.
- Bitrix24: sync with the CRM, so sales appear next to other departments' KPIs.
- 1C: accounting data reaches dashboards without manual exports.
- Telegram: notifications for employees who have linked their account.
- REST API: for the company's own systems and anything not on this list.
Scheduled scripts
Nobody has to refresh data by hand. Scheduled scripts take data from connected sources and write it straight into the dashboard. The CEO opens the KPIs in the morning and sees current figures, not yesterday's export.
Securing the connections
Integrations need access keys to your systems, so their storage gets special attention. Integration keys are stored encrypted (AES-256). Each company's data is isolated from others, access to the platform is role-based, every action is recorded in an audit log, and connections run over HTTPS.
What you end up with
An example. A manufacturing company with 120 people keeps output and shipments in 1C, sales in Bitrix24, and department plans in the finance director's Google Sheet. Once the integrations are connected, the CEO's dashboard shows all three sources: the plan from the spreadsheet, actual sales from Bitrix24, shipments from 1C. Each KPI's status is calculated automatically: 85% of plan and above is "on track", 60% and above is "attention", anything lower is "critical".
Before connecting, agree which system is the source of truth for each metric. If revenue is counted in both 1C and the CRM, the dashboard will show two different numbers.
Who it is for
Integrations in DashLab are for companies that already have the data, but have it scattered:
- companies keeping their books in 1C that want to see the numbers on a clear dashboard;
- teams working in Bitrix24 that want to see sales next to the rest of the business;
- teams that have outgrown spreadsheet reports but do not want to drop Google Sheets overnight;
- companies with their own systems and a developer ready to send data through the REST API.
How to get started
- Submit a request to connect on the website.
- We review it and open your company's platform, usually within a day.
- You sign in with the email and password from your request and add your employees.
- You connect your data sources, and we help with the initial integration setup.
New companies get a trial period. Pricing is calculated for your company after you apply. Contracts and payment are available for legal entities in Uzbekistan.
FAQ
Do I need a developer to connect things?
Not for Google Sheets, Bitrix24, 1C or Telegram, since we help with the initial setup. You only need a developer if you want to send data from your own system through the REST API.
How often is dashboard data updated?
Scheduled scripts write data into the dashboard, so nobody has to update figures by hand. When the CEO opens the dashboard, they see the result of the latest run, not an export someone made on Monday.
Is it safe to give the platform access to 1C and Bitrix24?
Integration keys are stored encrypted (AES-256), each company's data is isolated, and every action is recorded in an audit log. Connections to the platform run over HTTPS.
Can we keep working in Google Sheets?
Yes. Your spreadsheets stay with you, and DashLab reads data from them and shows it on the dashboard. You do not have to give up the tools your team is used to.
